We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Account Executive to join the Turbit Team.
Turbit builds AI-powered solutions that tackle some of the most challenging problems in Wind Energy. As an Account Executive, you will be part of a collaborative sales team and play a key role in growing our customer base — from first conversations through to long-term partnerships.
We welcome early-career sales profiles, experienced sales professionals, as well as candidates from renewable energy backgrounds looking to move into sales.
Tasks
What You'll Do:
- New Business Development: Identify and qualify potential customers by deeply understanding their operational challenges, value drivers, and decision-making processes. Drive customer centric discovery conversations and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Pilot Ownership & Value Realization: Own the commercial side of customer pilots end-to-end. Work closely with Customer Success to guide onboarding, maintain strong engagement throughout the pilot phase, translate technical results into clear business impact, and convert pilots into long-term partnerships.
- Team contribution: Be an active, reliable member of a collaborative Sales team focused on shared success, continuously improving sales processes and the overall customer experience.
- Work collaboratively to drive revenue: Working closely with Product and Revenue teams to translate customer and market insights into shared priorities, product direction, and roadmap input.
- Drive Customer Value & Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce additional Turbit solutions. Support customers in achieving measurable improvements in performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- A motivated, reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Clear, confident communicator with a customer-centric mindset
- Curious and comfortable engaging with technical topics at a high level
- Structured thinker who can explain complex ideas simply
- Adaptable, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel to customer and events when needed.
Nice to Have
- First experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or a customer-facing role
- Exposure to renewable energy, wind, or industrial or technical environments
- Additional European languages are a plus
