Working Student Wind Operations Assistant (w/m/d)

Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.

• Analyze turbine performance data and identify and flag relevant operational issues based on system trends
• Assist our customers by providing clear and structured insights on operational cases, suggesting relevant checks or actions and recommending practical next steps to move forward
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve internal processes
• Support the creation of standardized workflows for technical case handling
• Contribute to documentation and internal reporting for transparency and review
• Share insights with Product, CS, Sales and Marketing teams when technical anomalies are detected
• Help ensure that customer feedback is captured and reflected in ongoing improvements.
• Support customer meetings, with potential to take a more active role over time.
• Grow into presenting insights and answering customer questions independently.

• Ongoing studies or background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, Physics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to interpret time-series or technical data
• Structured and concise communication (both written and verbal)
• Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus.

Your contract will be 20 hours/week.
