Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.
Tasks
- Be a Trusted Partner: Develop strong relationships with wind park operators and maintenance teams. Understand their technical and operational goals and challenges, and proactively guide them on how to best leverage Turbit.
- Drive Customer Value: Monitor customer engagement, identify areas where customers can get more value, and execute initiatives that drive product adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Manage the onboarding process end-to-end. Customize onboarding plans, train users, and ensure a smooth handoff into active usage.
- Education & Engagement: Regularly engage with customers through check-ins and trainings. Empower users through our tools, best practices, and structured education.
- Technical Knowledge: support our customers to monitor and analyze faults, failures, and anomalies that Turbit detects with Turbit AI-Monitoring system.
- Feedback Loop: Capture feedback from customers on their experience with Turbit, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to influence roadmap priorities and improvements.
- Communication & Documentation: Ensure clear and professional communication across all touchpoints. Maintain customer records, track goals, and document key learnings.
- Process Improvement: Constantly evaluate and enhance Customer Success processes, training materials, and engagement strategies to scale our impact.
- Escalation & Support: Triage and route complex technical issues to the relevant teams while keeping the customer informed and confident.
Requirements
You have a background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- You are a recent graduate of an engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related). As our clients are primarily wind park operators and owners, a solid understanding of wind turbines is essential to effectively support and grow customer relationships.
- You are really passionate about bringing value to customers and have a strong motivation to act independently on your own (you have the drive to reach out to customers).
- You are fluent in both German and English (Our customers speak mostly German and English).
- You love analytical thinking and have shown in the past that you are excellent at it.
- You are eager to find a solution in difficult situations.
- You have an open personality and positive charisma.
- You are passionate about renewable energy.
