We are positioned at the intersection of angel, family office and venture capital.

Our recent activities include the involvement in an early stage PropTech startup, which is revolutionizing the selling and buying process within the real estate industry.

To fuel their mission, we are looking for a Rockstar Founder’s Associate who is closely working together with the founders and supporting them in taking their company to a new level!

**This is not the usual start-up internship!** We are expecting you to take full responsibility and ownership of complex business development activities. You will work closely with all key stakeholders to drive critical decisions and execute strategic projects across the organization.

*   **Internship duration: 3-6 months full-time**

*   **You can either work from our office in Berlin, Mainz or completely remote (located in Germany)**

## Tasks

*   You will work with us on all parts of our operations. This is a very fast-paced, self-responsible role that will get you exposure to a broad range of topics!
*   You will support the founders in highly important tasks such as operations monitoring, investor reporting, financial planning, strategic planning and fundraising
*   You will do more than you ever thought was possible. Own and push your own projects within our environment (e.g., new marketing campaigns, process improvements, launching new features)! Have ideas and make them happen!
*   You will directly work with our founders and help them in their decision making as a sparring partner
*   You will have responsibility! We rely on you to fully take on projects. We won't tell you each step along the way. You should feel really comfortable to learn whatever comes your way.
*   You will shape our growth! Develop and implement strategies to further accelerate our growth

## Requirements

*   You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
*   You have prior work experience in a highly driven environment (start-up, consulting, investment banking, VC)
*   You have an excellent academic track record from a top-tier school
*   You have a can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and follow the 80/20 rule
*   You are a self-learner
*   You bring a high degree of self-motivation, flexibility and the ability to work independent
*   You have strong analytical skills and structured way of working with high attention to detail
*   You have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship
