Our client, a well known and established company specialized in consumer insights market research operating fully remote across the world, is now seeking to recruit an Account Manager to work fully remote from Spain.

This role will report to the Account Director and be responsible for managing multiple client projects at any time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and high-growth environment, has a passion for qualitative market research, and collaborates well with various partners to deliver successful results to the clients. As Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be consulting on and managing market research projects commissioned by the clients. You will work with the internal teams, vendors, and clients directly, managing moving pieces to deliver results to the clients as expected.
Tasks
- Set up projects through our qualitative research platform.
- Monitor the progress of projects within the platform, utilizing other internal team members and external vendors to meet critical project milestones.
- Support client needs throughout the lifecycle of any project, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and smooth project execution.
- Work with your Account Director to provide strategic recommendations to clients based on project insights and evolving business needs.
- Operate in alignment with company core values-driven culture that encourages top performance with compassion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, market research, communications, business, mathematics, psychology or the sciences, a related field, or equivalent professional work experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience within Market research industry and passion for this field, primarily qualitative research is required
- Internally motivated self-starter who continuously strives to get things done and thrives on working through challenges.
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (both online and in apps) and familiarity with ClickUp or other online project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Multitasker who can oversee multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines consistently.

- Team player who naturally collaborates to initiate and drive projects to completion.
- Data analysis experience is a plus; specifically, experience in synthesizing complex data sets, intuitively understanding the trends within the data and ultimately communicating it to clients and internal team members.
