## Tasks

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**

*   Coordinate business requirements, user experience and development efforts with the overall product vision
*   Turn customer pains and problems into actionable user stories, prioritize the user stories, and arrange user stories in the product backlog
*   Construct and prioritize production processes to ensure that the development team is clear on what to work on next
*   Attend all Agile and Scrum meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap set by the Product Manager
*   Work cross-functionally with developers and UX/UI designers
*   Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team
*   Actively participate during the entire development process (from the first whiteboard idea to rollout)
*   Provide feedback on the validated roadmap to the product manager

## Requirements

**Who you are?**

*   Proven working experience (3 years+) as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the Information Technology sector
*   Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software application development and web technologies
*   Knowledge of the mobility or sustainability space is welcome
*   Experience in managing software development projects
*   Experience in communicating complex issues, conducting interviews and fact-finding with various business parties
