Stuttgart & 60% HO: Team Lead Product Release & Quality Compliance (m/f/d) - Pharma

For our client based near Stuttgart we are looking for a dedicated and experienced leader. In this key position, you will be responsible for the release processes of pharmaceutical products and play a crucial role in continuously improving the quality of the global manufacturing operations. As a team lead, you will define strategic quality standards and ensure compliance in close collaboration with international partners.

• Lead, develop and coach an international team within the product release and quality function
• Ensure timely, compliant and GMP-conform product release
• Analyze, monitor and report product quality performance indicators
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement of global quality processes and systems

• University degree certified qualification as a Qualified Person (EU QP §15 AMG )
• Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality management and release activities
• Proven leadership experience in an international environment
• Very good command of German
