Trickle is the voice-enabled Executive Assistant you've been waiting for, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Guru to support our growth!
We’re creating a hyper-personalized AI assistant that knows what matters to you - when to say yes, when to say no, and how to manage your time without asking twice. Think less JARVIS, more Pepper Potts. Someone who proactively has your back, professionally and personally.
We're looking for a sharp, creative, and hands-on Growth Marketeer (medior or senior with some real-world scars) who’s ready to grab the reins and drive user acquisition, branding, and communication like a boss.
Tasks
You’ll be taking ownership of marketing & communication from A to Z. We already have a powerful product, a bold vision, and a team that punches well above its weight, now we need someone to help us shout it from the digital rooftops.
You’ll get to:
- Build and run campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, email, wherever the magic happens)
- Create and manage content, assets, and communication flows
- Shape how we talk to users, prospects, investors, aliens... Anyone who needs to hear from us.
- Track performance, iterate, and scale what works (and kill what doesn’t)
- Implement and explore AI tools to work smarter, faster, and more creatively
- Help grow the brand into something iconic, not just "present"
This isn’t a backseat gig. You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and serious influence. If you like to test, tweak, and learn on the fly — this is your playground. If you need a boss to sign off on every comma or color, please move along.
Just like with every Trickle position, we work hard and play harder. That means flexibility, weird jokes, whiskey milestones, BBQs, and a team that genuinely has fun building something wild. If you're into suits, silence, or Slack messages that start with "per my last email"... well... best of luck elsewhere.
This role can grow into something huge, think Head of Growth, CMO, Brand Strategist, or something that doesn’t even exist yet. If it helps Trickle grow and you want it, we’ll back you all the way.

Must haves
- Startup life mentality (if 9 to 5 is sacred, this ain't it)
- 2+ years of real digital marketing experience (we’re not picky if you’re good)
- Experience running digital campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn/etc.)
- Solid copywriting and content coordination chops
- Interest in using AI tools beyond ChatGPT for blog posts (think automation, personalization, workflows)
- A can-do, no-whining, solution-first mindset
- Comfortable switching between Dutch or French and English
- A decent sense of humor (we will test this)
- Based somewhere near Hasselt
Nice to haves
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing/Comm/Business
- Fluent in both Dutch, English and/or French
- Experience with branding, video/photo content creation, or anything that makes you pop
- Actual love for marketing, tech, or AI tools
- Loves to work in a young, energetic and dynamic team
- Not working with a recruiting agency (seriously, apply yourself or don’t apply at all)
