Job Description | Tour Coordinator |

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of travel packages and itineraries for international regions, catering to various client preferences and budgets.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets, and tailor travel packages to meet and exceed their expectations.

• Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about travel packages, address concerns, and offer solutions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable booking process.

• Proactively identify sales opportunities and leverage customer collaboration to promote and sell travel packages, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews and take necessary actions to continuously improve the quality of services and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in tourism & Hospitality Management or a related field

• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on designing, selling, and managing travel packages. (Experience in Europe will be preferred).

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in using travel industry software, booking systems, and CRM tools.

• Fluency in English is required.
