Role Overview
Accessible rail travel depends on systems that work reliably in live environments.
Our Passenger Assistance Management System turns passenger assistance requests into coordinated action inside live rail operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone creative, organised and interested in inclusive transport, accessibility, digital content and brand storytelling. The intern will support day to day social media planning, content creation, copywriting, scheduling and multimedia asset creation across Transreport and Passenger Assistance channels.
They will help develop editorial calendars, write post copy, create visual and multimedia content, schedule posts, support the creation and distribution of B2C newsletters, and maintain consistent communications across business and customer audiences.
Strategic Context
