Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for an \*\*IT Lead SAP BTP Collaboration Portal \*\* to lead Suppler Portal IT Service management team (based on SAP BTP technology). This is a full-time position in **Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany**.

About the team:

*   The team is dedicated to designing and enhancing procurement processes for all countries globally, while also managing international projects in the areas of Purchasing and Product Assortment.
*   They focus on developing innovative IT solutions and fostering strong collaboration with suppliers and buyers worldwide to achieve outstanding results

## Tasks

Your responsibilities:

*   Lead and mentor a highly motivated team of project managers and IT consultants of Supplier/Vendor collaboration Portal IT service
*   Launch and enhance a supplier portal based on SAP BTP technology within an agile project framework
*   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally to coordinate new requirements
*   Manage and operate IT services, including budget planning and resource allocation

## Requirements

Required qualifications:

*   Degree in business administration or information technology/computer science
*   Leadership experience in a team lead role
*   Proven track record of managing software development projects
*   Familiarity with implementing B2B collaboration portals
*   Excellent English language skills (C1+ level)
*   Familiarity with supplier portals in the retail industry is a plus
*   Experience with SAP BTP, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, non-SAP ERP is a plus
*   Experience with agile project management is a plus
