As we scale our product organization, we’re building mission-oriented squads around strategically important slices of our business.
For this, we’re looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Integrations domain.
This role is about real ownership, real decisions, and real impact.
You will own the Integrations & Platform slice of traide AI and lead a dedicated squad.
Your goal: make integrations a scalable growth lever, not a bottleneck.
You’ll work closely with Engineerings, Design, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, Customers and directly with the founders to shape a product area that is critical for customer value, revenue growth, and long-term platform strategy.
4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products
Proven experience owning complex product areas with real decision-making responsibility
Strong background in:
Ability to think strategically and pragmatically at the same time
Strong communication skills – you can explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting course when needed
Experience working closely with Engineering teams and a solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system boundaries)
Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
