Your role with us:

As our first Marketing Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. You’ll establish our marketing ecosystem, grow our brand and work closely with our founders. Your role will cover everything needed to position traide AI as a leading name in the industry – from content creation to events and performance marketing.

• Develop and implement our marketing strategy in close collaboration with the founding team
• Manage and expand our partner network and organize events (e.g., trade fairs, webinars)
• Create and manage content for social media (especially LinkedIn), our website and newsletters
• Optimize our website for SEO and collaborate with the design team on landing pages
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Develop whitepapers, case studies and other marketing materials
• Establish reporting and tracking systems to measure marketing success
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and funnel optimization

• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company or a similar field
• A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership – you thrive on building processes from scratch
• Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, performance campaigns and content creation
• Fluent in both German and English – excellent communication skills in both languages are required
• Creativity and analytical thinking – you can design campaigns and measure their success
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
