Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Through our trading challenges and gamified tournaments, we offer a risk-managed sandbox for growth — and now, we’re looking for someone to help us share that vision globally.

We’re backed by Andromeda Capital Partners Suisse, which fuels our rapid expansion and cutting-edge product development. Now it’s time to bring in a CMO who’s ready to take the lead in building our global brand and making TradersYard a household name in prop trading.

• Own and lead all things marketing — from strategy to execution
• Work with (and lead) our existing marketing agency
• Plan and launch campaigns to expand from a primarily German-speaking user base to a global audience
• Drive the marketing rollout of new product lines and trading programs
• Establish the right marketing mix for high-impact growth — both paid and organic
• Over time, help build an in-house marketing team if needed
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and Managing Director

• Proven experience in marketing leadership (big bonus points for prop trading or brokerage backgrounds)
• You’ve scaled marketing efforts and grown user bases internationally
• You know how to go from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 100 — both strategy and execution
• Fluent in English — written and spoken
• You’re analytical but creative, decisive but open-minded
• You thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving startup environment

• €100k–€120k salary, depending on experience
