You love it when tools run smoothly, data is reliable, and reports actually say something meaningful? Then you're in the right place. In this role, you'll be the link between our Atlassian setup, our reporting, and our internal IT – with a clear focus on Power BI and Data Engineering. You'll join our team at our Krakow location and work with us on a B2B basis.

This role sits in TOWA's Operations cluster at an intermediate–senior level. The rate for this position ranges between 45 PLN and 120 PLN per hour (B2B, depending on seniority and scope). This range covers all compensation components and reflects the target rate, including any variable components or additional benefits where applicable. If we decide to work together, we'll prepare an individual offer for you – placing you within the band based on your skills, your scope of responsibility, and your experience, never on your previous salary. The actual compensation depends on your experience, qualifications, and the skills relevant to this position.
