IT-Secialist (m/f/d) Service Management

## Tasks

**main responsibilities:**

*   Management of IT services provided by external parties in areas of IT infrastructure, network, Office 356 Suite and security
*   Ensure service throughout live-cycle of user hardware (evaluation, purchase/rent, support service, change/update/upgrade, retirement)
*   Evaluation of new technologies and their implementation
*   Lead IT-infrastructure-projects in co-operation with Toshiba stakeholders within TGIS and other European Operating companies and external service providers
*   Continuing assessment and improvement of IT infrastructure, network & security services

## Requirements

**Your requirements:**

*   Apprenticeship (e.g. „Fachinformatiker Systemintegration“), studies in relevant area or equivalent formation
*   Adequate work experience in related IT-fields, e.g. in 2nd-Level IT-support, Server Administration, Network administration, IT-Consulting, IT-Service Management etc
*   Familiar with ITIL vocabulary and Structured Trouble Shooting; willingness to keep IT-Knowledge updated
*   Pro-active person, first experience in project management, ready to take over responsibility
*   Fluent English is mandatory, German language skills are an asset
*   Adapting to our MobileWork concept: 60 % Remote/MobileWork (app. 3 days a week), 40% (app 2 days a week) in our Neuss Office location
