## Tasks

**You'll Be Doing**

*   Create engaging and informative videos for our YouTube channel
*   Learn the fundamentals of video editing software (training provided!)
*   Assist with brainstorming and developing captivating video concepts
*   Conduct an inventory of our existing A/V material and support us in identifying gaps to build a stock library of footage to share with journalists and influencers
*   Stay current on YouTube trends and best practices to maximize reach

## Requirements

**We're looking for someone who:**

*   Possesses a creative spark and a talent for crafting compelling narratives
*   Is a fast learner with a thirst for knowledge, especially in the realm of science
*   Embraces challenges and isn't afraid to experiment with new ideas
*   Has a curious mind and loves to ask insightful questions
*   Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
*   Thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a positive attitude

**Bonus points if you have:**

*   Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro)
*   A solid understanding of YouTube analytics
*   On-camera experience (but not required!)
