Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT solutions or staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI products, software development processes, and engineering talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the company's reach and enhance its competitive position.
