Tasks

  • Using your lifecycle management and CRM expertise, you will plan, build and manage high-performing messaging campaigns across multiple channels (email, push), including audience selection, trigger qualification, segmentation, set up, send out and campaign analysis
  • Together with the team, you will identify opportunities to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention, as well as cross- and up-sell behaviour
  • You will own the campaign creation process with relevant departments and be the point of contact for campaign stakeholders
  • You will carefully monitor individual campaign performance, adjusting and adapting as needed and collecting insights to optimise future campaign activity (A/B testing)
  • Using your segmentation tactics knowledge, you will develop target groups and communication concepts for individual sales pitches using marketing automation
  • Together with relevant stakeholders, you will compile, consolidate, and systematically maintain customer data
  • You will support other departments with the definition of requirements and functionality needed to further develop our CRM strategies
  • You will provide junior team members with support and expertise in the execution of lifecycle and CRM programs

Requirements

  • You have at least 4+ years work experience in a similar CRM role and a track record of success in CRM, preferably as a lifecycle and CRM manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Economics or equivalent professional experience
  • A professional working knowledge of CRM tools, Metabase, Google Analytics & Firebase, and experience with SQL is a plus
  • You are structured and have meticulous organisational skills
  • You are a planner, a collaborator, and an excellent project manager; Google Drive is your second home
  • Your proven ability to collect, analyse and derive insights from customer and business data
  • Passion for fintech is a plus
  • You have English language fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally you are also fluent in German
  • Your demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders and departments
