## Tasks

*   Coordinating all European product registration and notification activities - including coordination, collection and collation of documentation to prepare accurate regulatory packs/dossiers for submission
*   Ensuring European compliance of food supplements products
*   Conducting global raw material and formulation reviews
*   Reviewing and approving new and modified products and claims, as well as product packaging/labelling and marketing communication materials
*   Initiating and reviewing product safety assessments as performed by external consultants to ensure regulatory and safety compliance
*   Remaining current with new regulations and regulatory changes, interpreting complex information and summarizing the impact for other functions, as appropriate
*   Contributing to the development and implementation of effective documentation and data control management for compliance files
*   Providing regulatory advice to marketing, technical staff and potentially senior management

## Requirements

*   5+ years of experience in the food supplement industry
*   Knowledge and experience with EU regulations, notably
*   Food labelling law, food additive law, Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation
*   Ability to understand and interpret technical and regulatory documents
*   Experience in the medical devices and/or cosmetics industry
*   Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
*   Fluency in English and at least one other European language
*   Detail-oriented to produce accurate and timely results
*   Ability to handle multiple priorities & work independently with excellent time management skills
*   Collaborative, team player, strong computer skills
