About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated VMoment AI Operations & Project Manager to drive the operational adoption, implementation, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the European market.

This role serves as the key bridge between global headquarters and regional business teams, combining hands-on operational execution with structured project coordination — ensuring AI tools are effectively deployed, adopted, and translated into measurable business outcomes. The role is weighted primarily toward operational execution and implementation, while also owning project coordination and follow-up to keep AI initiatives on track.

The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, project management discipline, training capabilities, business analysis skills, and a strong passion for AI-driven transformation. You will work closely with distributors, subsidiaries, and local teams to maximize AI utilization, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business growth.

Tasks

  • Lead the rollout, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions across the European region.
  • Develop deployment plans and coordinate resources to ensure successful adoption by subsidiaries and distributors.
  • Support distributors and local teams in integrating AI tools into daily business operations.
  • Deliver training sessions, user guidance, and best practices to maximize adoption and business impact.
  • Act as the key liaison between headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate global AI initiatives into practical regional action plans and project deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from regional stakeholders, and translate them into actionable recommendations for Product and Technology teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of AI-related projects and operational activities, facilitating communication and aligning priorities across teams.
  • Track AI adoption, user engagement, and operational performance metrics, as well as project milestones, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Prepare regular status updates and project reviews; proactively resolve implementation challenges.
  • Analyze business feedback and identify opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to communicate market needs, project status, and user feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of AI solutions and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5+ years of experience in operations, digital transformation, project management, sales operations, training-related roles, e-commerce, ideally involving AI or technology-driven tools and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interpret business and operational data.
  • Excellent in local and English communication skills, written and spoken. Chinese Language is a plus.
