We are looking for a Country Manager who is ready to build, scale, and lead a powerful distributor network and drive the next stage of growth.
Tasks
- Manage country operations in line with corporate standards to drive sales growth, expand market share, and ensure effective execution of regional projects.
- Apply deep understanding of the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) / Direct Selling model to support business growth and distributor network development.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, business development initiatives, and product positioning tailored to market needs.
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and high-growth opportunities to guide sales, marketing, and product strategies.
- Lead e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives (including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing) to grow online presence and sales.
- Plan and execute national sales events, training activities, and promotional campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
- Design and manage recruitment and retention programs to expand the customer base and strengthen distributor loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard company assets and reputation.
- Execution of all projects delegated from the region
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MLM / Direct Selling / Network Marketing
- Proven track record in building and scaling distributor networks
- Strong leadership experience (Country / Sales Director / Head of Sales level)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in Turkish and English
