Tasks

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, registration, and market launch through to maintenance and discontinuation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee regulatory submissions, product registration, labeling, and certification processes for health, nutrition, and cosmetic products.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams to localize global products for regional markets and secure timely regulatory approvals.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in local and EU regulatory frameworks, proactively ensuring ongoing product compliance.
  • Conduct product risk assessments and support quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all product categories.
  • Provide product expertise, compliance guidance, and regulatory documentation to the distributor network and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation and reports in accordance with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Execute product- and compliance-related projects assigned by the regional office, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, regulatory affairs, or compliance, ideally in FMCG, health products, or direct selling industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish regulatory frameworks and product registration processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving mindset.
