Accounting Coordinator (m/w/d)

To strengthen our finance team in TIENS Turkey, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Accounting Coordinator (m/w/d)

• Perform variance analysis and prepare reports with insights to support management decision-making.
• Support VAT and tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with Turkish and German tax regulations, and assist during external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, payment processes, and banking transactions to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Review invoices, contracts, and expense claims in line with company policies and approval procedures.
• Collaborate closely with regional and HQ finance teams on financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Support distributor bonus calculations and ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal financial policies, procedures, and digitalization initiatives.
• Coordinate accounting activities and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, supporting best practices and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax and accounting regulations, IFRS, HGB, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish.
