We are a dynamic company revolutionizing the mobility landscape with our innovative B2B product, Jobticket+ (https://www.ticket-plus. app/jobticket/). Jobticket+ provides a comprehensive solution for companies to offer their employees convenient and sustainable transportation options. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of our B2B sales.

Aufgaben

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Jobticket+ solution to businesses. This is a 100% success-based role, requiring a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and acquiring new corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for our Jobticket+ product.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute AI-driven strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes leveraging predictive analytics to identify high-potential prospects, automating personalized outreach, and continuously optimizing strategies based on AI-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Jobticket+ to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifikation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a successful B2B Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must have: Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with the mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
