Title: Fractional CMO/CGO
Location: Remote (Germany-based)
Compensation: Equity-based, transitioning to paid tied to revenue and funding milestones
Contract: Fractional, project-based, approx. 10–15 hours per week, with a view to a full-time role
Start: ASAP
Company
OhMyV is an early-stage consumer biotech reinventing s.xüäl health.
Our first product, vögeln, is the first microbiome-certified lubricant of its kind launched in February with early traction, and a second product in development.
Now we’re looking for the right person to own our growth and take vögeln, our first product, to the customers who need it.
If s.xüäl health and doing things that actually haven't been done before fires you up, then we'd love to meet you.
Role
We're looking for a hands-on CMO/CGO to own the growth and marketing of vögeln. You'll define how our product reaches customers, build the brand, grow revenue across DTC and retail, and establish the commercial foundations that will support OhMyV's long-term growth.
You'll work directly with the founder and be the most senior marketing voice in the company. This is a high-ownership role so we're looking for someone who is genuinely self-directed as you'll set your own priorities, manage your own time, and drive outcomes without being managed day to day. The role is fractional to start, with a view to becoming full-time as we grow - we're looking for someone who is excited about growing with us.

We'd expect roughly 10–15 hours per week to start, leaving room for other commitments alongside this role.

We're building products that solve real problems while embracing the fact that s.xüäl health should be pleasurable, not just protective.
To apply I’d love to know:
