Tasks
About the Role:
As a Speech and Language Therapist at The Mosaic Practice, you’ll bring your knowledge and skills to provide life-changing support to children with complex communication and neurological needs. You will:
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique strengths and challenges.
- Work closely with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team to foster each child’s development and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, upholding the highest standards in data protection and safeguarding.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Speech and Language Therapist in the U.K., ideally working with children with complex needs.
- Qualifications: HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative abilities, with a warm, child-centered approach to therapy.
- Mindset: A compassionate, dedicated professional with a desire to make a meaningful difference.
