About MAXION
Dating apps made us believe that matching comes before dating. It doesn’t. Real matching happens after a good date—after two people meet in real life and feel genuine alignment.
Swiping turned dating into a video game: you don’t win by collecting virtual matches, you win by going on great dates that naturally convert into real connection.
MAXION exists to reverse the process. If you’re serious about love, optimize for dates—not for matches.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Social Media Strategy Intern to help build MAXION’s presence across Instagram and Facebook. Your mission is to design and run a social strategy that makes MAXION feel premium, human, and community-driven. And, ultimately converts attention into real members and real dates.
You’ll work directly with the founder team and have real ownership: strategy, content planning, creator activation, and performance tracking

Tasks

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning

Build a clear social media content strategy (pillars, tone of voice, formats, cadence)

Create a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and growth goals

Content Production & Publishing

Create and publish content across: Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, and FB Groups/Pages (repurpose onto TikTok and YouTube Shorts)

Turn founder voice notes, user stories, and cultural insights into compelling content

Coordinate simple shoots (phone-based), edit short-form video (CapCut/Adobe Express)

Repurpose content intelligently across social platforms to maximize output

Community & Growth

Help build MAXION’s community loops: polls, Q&As, story prompts, challenges, event teasers

Engage with comments/DMs using guidelines (and escalate sensitive topics)

Support partnerships with venues, communities, and creators in Dubai

Performance & Iteration

Track weekly performance: reach, saves, shares, engagement, conversion

Run small experiments (hooks, formats, captions, posting times) and report learnings

Maintain a lightweight dashboard (Notion / Sheets) + a weekly recap to the team

Requirements

Who You Are

You live and breathe Instagram and understand what works in 2026 (Reels-first, story cadence, creator collabs)

You can craft a premium, modern aesthetic (clean, minimal, high taste)

You’re a strong writer: short, punchy hooks + emotionally intelligent captions

You’re proactive and comfortable shipping fast (done > perfect, with high standards)

You’re analytical enough to iterate using data, not vibes alone

You care about the mission: real connection, healthier dating culture, less loneliness

Skills & Tools
Required

Instagram + Facebook content best practices

Short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent)

Basic design (Canva/Figma templates)

Organization (Notion/Sheets), content calendar management

Bonus

Photography / basic directing for UGC

Experience with creators/ambassadors

Meta Business Suite, basic ads

Copywriting for conversion

Repurposing for TikTok, YouTube Shorts

Monthly updates on LinkedIN company page

What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)

A clear content system (pillars + templates + cadence) running consistently

20–40 pieces of content shipped (with a repeatable workflow)

Visible growth in engagement + steady weekly conversions into MAXION Members

Benefits

What You’ll Get

Real ownership and direct mentorship from founders

A portfolio of high-quality work in a premium consumer brand

Access to events, community activations, and partnerships

Potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance

How to Apply
Send:

Your Instagram / portfolio (or 3 pieces of content you created—Reel, carousel, story series, anything).

A short audit of MAXION’s Instagram for Dubai: what’s working, what’s missing, and your top 3 fixes.

A one-page strategy note: how you’d turn frustrated Tinder users into MAXION believers—and then into real dates (hooks, formats, creator ideas, and a simple funnel from content → download → first date).
