## Tasks

**How you are part of our success story:**

*   Employing great communication skills through actively listening, inspiring, project confidence, and overcome objections
*   You are comfortable with using the phone as your main communication channel helping our customers (business travelers) through the booking journey
*   Thereby, you act as an advisor to our customers and guide them, for example, in their search for the right apartment
*   You qualify potential new leads into opportunities and bookings
*   You report on CRM the status of accounts and the related performances
*   By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
*   You work closely with corporate requests alongside with the Corporate Sales Manager and the Country Head
*   You demonstrate proof consistency and effort within call and workflow metrics

## Requirements

**What you need to convince us:**

*   Experience in the field of telesales (cold & warm calling) for at least 1 year
*   Ideally, you have first experience in the field of Inside Sales or Customer Success 
*   You have a natural closing-mentality with a customer centric approach
*   Your strong communication skills distinguish you
*   You are business fluent in English and German
*   A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
