We are inviting qualified executive coaches to join our Panel of Coaches.
This is not an employment role. Instead, it is an opportunity to be considered for corporate coaching engagements on a freelance/contract basis. Being on the panel means we may reach out to you when client work arises that matches your profile and expertise
Tasks
What Panel Coaches Can Expect
- Invitations to partner with us on client projects, depending on demand.
- Engagements structured as freelance/contract assignments, not employment.
- Professional collaboration with a growing network of coaches in Singapore and across Asia.
- Alignment with our methodology and brand: calm, strategic, and impactful coaching.
Requirements
Requirements
We are looking for coaches at all ICF levels (ACC, PCC, MCC) who bring:
- Proven experience in executive, leadership, or corporate coaching.
- Substantial professional or leadership background (industry experience matters as much as credentials).
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based coaching practice.
- Ability to coach in Singapore and across Asia (in-person or virtual).
Important Notes
- This is a panel opportunity. There is no guarantee of work.
- Coaches will be engaged on a freelance / contract basis only.
- Fees and terms will be agreed per assignment.
- Your ICF accreditation must be valid and verifiable on the ICF website.
