If you're looking for an MNC environment, work in a digital growth agency nurturing Australian leads, we're at a turning point: we need someone who can own both our organic and paid growth engines end to end, not just execute inside them.
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop our existing social media management team, owning content strategy, execution, and brand growth across our client accounts</li>
<li>Personally manage Meta and Google Ads, with direct accountability for lead quality, CPL, CPC, and ROAS</li>
<li>Deliver measurable month-over-month improvement in followers, views, engagement, and business results</li>
<li>Build and lead our paid media/performance marketing function as our client base grows, starting hands-on and growing into a team leader</li>
<li>Report results against clear monthly numbers, not vanity metrics</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>6-7 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally from an established agency</li>
<li>Hands-on, current experience managing live Meta and Google Ads budgets</li>
<li>Real experience leading or mentoring a team, not just contributing to one</li>
<li>A track record you can point to, specific engagement, follower, or ROAS numbers you personally moved</li>
<li>Comfortable being measured against monthly numbers and owning the outcome, not just the activity</li>
<li>Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka</li>
</ul>
<h2>Benefits</h2>
Where this goes: this role grows with the results you deliver, not on a fixed track. Right now it means owning both social and paid. As our client base grows, it means building and leading a paid media team under you, and becoming the person we lean on to mature how we run paid media as an agency. If the numbers land, this becomes a bigger seat, not a bigger to-do list.
Perks:
<ul>
<li>KPI-linked performance bonus tied to monthly results</li>
<li>Genuine ownership over two growth functions, not narrow task execution</li>
<li>Real leadership scope from day one over an existing 3-person team</li>
<li>A clear growth path into building and running a larger paid media team as we scale</li>
<li>Compensation is competitive (as listed) and market-aligned, with a KPI bonus tied to monthly performance.</li>
</ul>
Employment Type: Full-time Workplace Type: On-site Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Job Function: Marketing Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
