Graphic Designer (E-commerce + Social Media)

This is an on-site position in Dhaka, Shewrapara. The client is an Australian client a fast-paced team that values speed, quality, and collaboration. You'll work on real e-commerce and social media campaigns with measurable results.

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create impactful visuals that strengthen our brand and boost conversions. If you're great at producing clean, high-quality designs and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where speed matters as much as quality, we'd love to meet you.

• Design and create high-impact, scroll-stopping social media creatives, e-commerce visuals, and Amazon product images for advertising campaigns
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design assets, platforms, and touchpoints
• Adapt and update designs quickly based on feedback, performance insights, and campaign requirements
• Work with product, marketing, and development teams to translate business goals into visual impact
• Deliver multiple design variations and iterations on tight timelines

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design (e-commerce, social media, or advertising)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Proven ability to deliver design work under pressure without sacrificing quality
• Portfolio demonstrating strong e-commerce and/or social media design work

Nice-to-Have(s)

• Experience with video design (short-form content, motion graphics)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for implementing designs
• Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing

• Salary: 30,000-45,000 BDT/month
• Hands-on experience with Australian e-commerce brands, MNC portfolios
