We're hiring for Augmentic Digital, a concern of IoT Lab BD, founded on the principle of delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to growth-stage businesses. They're Australia-headquartered with a physical office in Shewrapara, Dhaka, and work directly with Australian clients on SEO, digital marketing, and growth initiatives.

• Execute on-page, off-page, technical & local SEO across client websites (WordPress, Shopify, custom platforms)
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis & search intent mapping
• Optimize metadata, internal linking, site structure & content for organic growth
• Perform technical SEO audits: indexing, crawling, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, canonicals, redirects
• Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority
• Manage SEO projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder communication
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions & prepare monthly/quarterly SEO reports
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research, content creation & workflow automation

• Organic traffic growth (month-over-month & year-over-year)

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (******on-page, off-page, technical, local****\)
• Strong knowledge of WordPress & Shopify SEO
• Proficiency with GSC, GA4, GTM, and competitive analysis tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Basic HTML, CSS (custom CSS), and JavaScript knowledge
• Understanding of schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, 301 redirects, Core Web Vitals
• Knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, entity SEO & E-E-A-T principles

Must-Have Soft Skills

• Self-directed & proactive: you identify problems and solve them without being asked
• Organized & detail-oriented: you manage multiple projects and stakeholders seamlessly
• Analytical: you make data-driven decisions and can explain them clearly
• Communicator: you explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Passion for staying updated with Google's SEO trends
• Experience managing Australian or international client accounts

• Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 BDT/month (based on experience & performance)
• Work directly on Australian client accounts
• Hands-on learning with modern SEO tools, AI, and PM frameworks
• Office routine: 6-day office week (Friday off), 10 AM–6 PM
• Location: Mirpur, Shewrapara, Dhaka
