• Development of new product ideas in the areas of beauty, health and home
• Conducting market research to identify current trends and target group needs
• Creating product concepts and specifications in line with our values
• Monitoring the entire process, from the idea to the completion of the prototype

• Independent and responsible way of working
• At least 3 years of experience in professional product development and design
• Proven track record in the development or design of high-quality products
• You can fully develop your creativity within a given framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with trends in the beauty, health or home industries
• English language skills at native level
