**We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Berlin.** We are currently developing the **largest coliving space in Berlin with over 320 apartments**, a variety of shared community spaces and our own F&B area. But this is just the beginning - thanks to our real estate partners, we have multiple projects in our pipeline in other major German cities. We aim to become the leading global coliving provider - with our community always at the forefront.We are a young, multicultural team, in which the word startup still holds what it promises. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

At The Base we believe that an outstanding inspiring brand makes the difference and will target young professionals to join our flourishing community! Moreover The Base stands for a powerful brand and will support the coliving business to shine, rise and expand.

Our goal is to create a real love brand! We want to be on the bucket list of every potential person of our target group. We are always The Base and never basic! With the customer and community at the forefront and sustainability in the back we need your support!

What’s in exactly?

*   As a Marketing Manager you will work closely together with our VP Marketing & Brand and are in constant exchange with our community managers on site
*   you will ensure that our brand is always represented on all channels in accordance with our brand philosophy
*   To target our potential residents you will manage and execute various brand marketing campaigns like offline activities, events, influencer marketing and everything you think fits to our target audience
*   Find us on Social Media: You will work closely together with our brand agency to lead and execute our inspiring Social Media strategy
*   You speak the language of our customers, maintain our tone of voice and create inspiring content. Your voice will be heard and seen because you will be responsible for the wording on all platforms including SEO.
*   You choose cooperation partners for The Base and decide whom you would like to work with
*   Full house: you love to sell our concept to partners and companies whose new employees need a great kick-start in Berlin
*   Community first: keep our residents happy with a good customer journey and relationship including events
*   You will support our real estate team with supply marketing activities to reach our goal to expand and have 15 Bases by 2025

## Requirements

**ABOUT YOU**

*   Ideally, you have a university degree in a marketing-related field or in business administration or real estate. Or not. We don’t mind – Convince us you’re smart, reliable and creative, one way or another. More importantly, you have at least 2 years of professional experience within the field of Marketing
*   You have a strong hands-on mentality, a quick learner and love to always develop
*   You have worked in a fast-moving environment and know how to juggle many tasks
*   You are up to date with the marketing channels and know where to reach our target group of young professionals
*   You are familiar with Social Media and Brand Marketing activities
*   You are creative, can think out of the box and dare to implement new ideas
*   Ideally, you have some experience in B2B Marketing like partnerships and Sales
*   Your experiences in hospitality, events, real estate, coliving or coworking are a plus
*   You are open-minded, caring and knowing that everyone can learn and improve their skills every day
*   You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)- In a nutshell: It is nice to have you around
