ABOUT THE ROLE

• You ensure a warm and professional experience for our guests and are their first point of contact for questions and requests

• You are responsible for setting up and clearing the breakfast buffet, making sure there is always enough food and drinks available and providing a varied selection

• You prepare simple cold dishes such as cheese and cold-cut platters, salads etc. as well as drinks, and provide information about ingredients and allergens

• You support our Community Team with classic front-office and reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs and guest support

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you already have some experience in hospitality, gastronomy or a similar field

• Your open and proactive attitude allows you to learn and grow every day

• You are passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoy working as part of a team

• You have very good verbal communication skills in both German and English

• You are willing to work early shifts and weekends
