• Support our Community Team with classic front-office and reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs and guest care
• Ensure warm and professional support for our guests as the first point of contact for questions and requests
• Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure an appealing and varied selection at all times
• Prepare simple cold dishes (e.g. cheese and cold-cut platters, salads) and drinks, including providing information about ingredients and allergens
• Welcome guests to breakfast and explain our food and beverage offering

• Ideally, you already have initial experience in hospitality, gastronomy or another service-oriented environment
• You are a true team player and jump in wherever support is needed

• Your open mindset and proactive attitude help you learn something new every day

• Your enthusiasm for excellent service inspires others and contributes to a great guest experience
• You are tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools (e.g. booking, communication, or POS systems), and enjoy trying out new things
• You have strong communication skills in German and English
• You are willing to work shifts and weekends (morning and daytime shifts)
