Hey there! We’re Arbitrage. It’s about time we got to know each other, don’t you think?
Are you looking to work with thriving e-commerce brands like AG1, Leica Camera, and more? Are you passionate about detail-oriented work and love the feeling of delivering something that's approved right away?
Awesome, because that’s what we do, and we’re looking for someone just like you!
By the end of 2024, our goal is clear: we aim to be the go-to growth partner for leading DTC brands that want to scale hard. Our creatives drive this growth, and we need a detail-oriented professional to ensure every creative meets the highest standards before it goes live.
Who are we looking for?
We are hiring a Creative Quality Specialist—a key role in our team that ensures every piece of content is top-quality and ready to perform. You’ll ensure that all video and image ads we produce are optimized, error-free, and ready to convert.
This isn’t just a checklist role. We need someone who can spot the nuances that make ads perform better and can push for excellence across the board.
What will success look like?

You will review and approve video and image ads for Meta that meet both performance and brand standards.

You will ensure that every ad is engaging, polished, and aligned with our clients’ growth goals.

You will help our team improve ad performance by providing actionable feedback on creatives.

You will catch issues before they impact results, and you will be part of the creative brainstorming process to push for innovative ideas.

Why this role matters: By ensuring our ads are of the highest quality, you’ll directly contribute to client success and business growth. You’ll have a direct impact on the performance of some of the most exciting DTC brands out there.
The upside? We reward excellence. The higher your first-time-approval-rate the higher your monhtly bonus will be, meaning the more you help us win, the more you win too!
What we’re looking for in our next A-player:

Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for creative excellence.

Proven experience in quality assurance for creative content (especially video and image ads).

A passion for delivering high-performing, high-quality work.

A collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Are you interested in joining our team of passionate A-Players? If so, let’s talk!

📊 Analyze and Provide Feedback: You will analyze creative performance post-launch, identifying trends in winning ads and providing actionable feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
