## Tasks

*   Spend time with our founder, gaining valuable insights and experience
*   Take ownership of strategic projects from idea to execution with founders
*   Streamline and professionalize workflow, processes, and organization
*   Develop and maintain business planning, financial modeling, and reporting
*   Improve finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency
*   Drive business development and sales activities, expanding our reach
*   Develop and iterate new service offerings for continuous growth

## Requirements

*   Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier university
*   Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
*   Proactive with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
*   Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
*   Hands-on attitude, comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
*   Business fluent in both German and English languages
