Get enterprise customers live and make it pay off for them. You lead deployments at Global 2000 companies, from the first business case to a live AI agent to expanding it across the company.
Be the person executives trust. You’re the main contact for senior leaders and C-suite on the business and tech side.
Make the product better for every customer, not just one. You turn enterprise customer needs into reusable platform features instead of one-off customizations, and feed what you learn into the product roadmap.
Build things yourself. You prototype solutions, make product changes and write the business plan.
Get teams moving without direct authority. You bring Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success behind what the customer needs.

You’re comfortable where there’s no playbook yet and like working hands-on.
You’re based in New York or willing to move there, and you have legal permission to work in the US.
