Administration & Sales Intern - Healthtech Startup | 80-100%, Hybrid Zurich

Holistiq Health Group AG is an innovative healthtech startup reimagining medicine through personalized, integrated, science-backed and natural approaches. Using a hybrid model of digital support and modern health centers, we create solutions for people's chronic health challenges —with a focus on metabolic health, gut health, and hormonal health (especially Women's Health).

Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, and naturopathic practitioners is supported by digital tools and advanced data models, to go to the root-cause of the symptoms, delivering better patient outcomes.

Your Role
Starting as soon as possible for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards, you’ll support our operations & the executive team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Support the operations team and the clients in scheduling the meetings with the doctors and therapists
• Carry out discovery calls with our leads to guide them
• Be the point of contact via email and phone for various client queries
• Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions and supplements
• Support billing and general admin

What You Bring

Experience in administration/operations or finance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confortable with new software
• Reliable and discreet with sensitive data
• Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
• Experience in medical admin is a plus

• Work directly with the doctors, therapists and executives in a very fast-paced environment
