## Tasks

As a Senior Product Manager at TapNation, you will:

*   Collaborate and be the main point of contact with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, developers, and marketers, to craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap for our internally produced games (including Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Solitaire & Card games)
*   Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, prioritizing features based on player feedback, market analysis, and business metrics.
*   Establish and monitor KPIs to measure game performance and user engagement, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
*   Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and content, enhancing the overall player experience.
*   Manage in-game economy, including pricing, virtual goods, and monetization strategies tailored for Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Solitaire & Card games.
*   Work closely with the performance marketing team to define effective go-to-market strategies, optimizing user acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts.
*   Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring our Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Solitaire & Card games remain at the forefront of innovation.
*   Advocate for players, ensuring that user feedback is an integral part of the game development process.

## Requirements

If you’re a creative, ambitious, results oriented individual, eager to reach success in the gaming industry, we want you on our team!

*   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
*   Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management, preferably within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry.
*   Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
*   Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and mobile metrics.
*   Understanding of mobile game mechanics, monetization strategies, and user experience design.
*   Exceptional project management abilities and organizational skills.
*   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for delivering persuasive presentations.
