As we scale, content is central to our growth strategy. We are hiring a Content & Marketing Strategist who can blend analytical rigour with commercial impact, producing insight-led content that builds authority, drives engagement, and supports revenue generation. This role sits at the intersection of research, brand positioning, and growth marketing. You will create credible, high-quality industry content while ensuring it actively supports lead generation, sales enablement, and market visibility.
Thought Leadership & Authority Building
Produce high-quality LinkedIn content aligned with leadership positioning, while building and managing content calendars independently
Write long-form reports, whitepapers, and analytical articles on private markets and secondaries
Develop strong thematic narratives around liquidity, pricing inefficiencies, and market structure
Translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling insights
Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Develop content strategies tied to growth priorities and pipeline targets
Create sales enablement materials (outreach emails, follow-ups, one-pagers, pitch support content, presentations)
Optimise LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and any type of paid amplification
Support lead nurturing sequences with value-driven insights
Contribute to website messaging and landing page optimization
Identify content opportunities based on market trends and commercial objectives
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with leadership and sales to align content with revenue goals
Propose content campaigns rather than one-off pieces
Collaborate with designers on visual storytelling and data-led graphics
Track performance indicators (engagement, inbound interest, sales usage) and refine content accordingly
2–6 years of experience in financial writing, growth content, or B2B marketing within financial services
Strong understanding of private markets, PE, VC, secondaries, or investment concepts
Commercially aware — understands how content supports deal flow and pipeline
Able to balance analytical depth with persuasive clarity
Independent, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Strong editing discipline and high attention to detail
