We are looking for a Deal Execution / Senior Analyst (Secondary Markets) to join our deal team. In this role, you’ll operate as an extension of our US and UK deal teams, supporting every stage of secondary-market transactions. You’ll work across financial analysis, due diligence, and deal operations, helping drive execution quality and speed. We’re looking for someone who can own workstreams independently, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and bring structure to complex deal processes.
Tasks
1. Transaction Execution (Global)
- Build and maintain financial models for secondary-market transactions, including cash-flow modelling, scenario analysis, and cap-table structures..
- Perform valuation analysis and support pricing across private equity, private credit, and other alternative assets.
- Prepare internal investment memos, diligence summaries, presentations, and IC materials.
- Review and analyse transaction documentation from sellers, buyers, fund administrators, and custodians.
2. Due Diligence Coordination
- Own diligence workstreams, coordinating information exchange between global teams and external parties.
- Track legal, compliance, tax, and commercial deliverables across multiple live transactions.
- Maintain diligence checklists and ensure completeness and accuracy.
3. Market Research & Opportunity Evaluation
- Research asset characteristics, performance histories, portfolio exposures, and market comparables.
- Support portfolio analytics, risk assessment, and benchmarking for secondary opportunities.
4. Operational & Process Support
- Build and mainitan trackers, templates, and structured workflows to improve execution speed and consistency.
- Maintain data integrity across CRMs, deal rooms, and internal systems.
- Liaise with operational teams (payments, KYC/AML, compliance) to ensure smooth transaction progression.
5. Cross-Border Coordination
- Work closely with US/UK deal teams across time zones, coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process
- Prepare high-quality summaries, analyses, and execution materials that support timely and effective decision-making across global deal teams.
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience in investment banking or Big 4 Transaction Services, Deals, Valuations, or Financial Due Diligence.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with equity instruments, secondary markets, or private capital.
- Experience preparing investment memos and diligence materials.
- High ownership, ability to work independently, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
