We are looking for an **Analyst** to join our deal team and work on some of the most dynamic transactions in private markets. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across every stage of a secondary process, working directly with senior team members and clients. As a high growth firm, we value people who are resourceful, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.

_This role is open globally to full-time contractors who can work standard Central European Time (CET) hours._

## Tasks

*   Build and maintain financial models (fund and asset-level).
*   Analyze portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials.
*   Draft marketing documents and client presentations.
*   Support execution and project management across live deals.
*   Collaborate with the platform/tech team to enhance workflows.

## Requirements

*   1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or strong internships.
*   Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
*   Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with strong attention to detail.
*   Interest in private equity and secondary markets.
*   Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible, proactive, and self-directed.
