We are looking for an experienced **Product Designer** to craft elegant and intuitive user experiences for our platform. You’ll have the opportunity to design core features used by institutional investors and help shape the future of private market liquidity.

_This role is open globally to full-time contractors who can work standard Central European Time (CET) hours._

## Tasks

*   Lead end-to-end design efforts across product features, from wireframes to polished UI.
*   Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
*   Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
*   Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
*   Maintain and evolve Tangible’s design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.

## Requirements

*   3–5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
*   Strong portfolio of work demonstrating B2B or financial product design.
*   Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and experience working within design systems.
*   Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design.
*   Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
*   Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible, proactive, and self-directed.
