About the Role

During a period of rapid growth, we are looking for a Marketplace Advertising Graduate to join our team, working across Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP.

This is an entry-level role designed to provide structured training and hands-on experience in digital advertising and marketplace management. You will work closely with experienced team members, supporting the delivery and optimisation of advertising campaigns while developing your technical and commercial skillset.

You will gain exposure to the full account lifecycle, including campaign setup, performance analysis, reporting, and strategy, with ongoing support and mentorship from senior team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the creation and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns
• Assist in the setup and monitoring of Amazon DSP (programmatic) activity
• Help prepare performance reports for clients on a regular basis
• Analyse campaign and account performance with guidance from senior team members
• Conduct research using internal and third-party tools to identify growth opportunities
• Support the wider team in delivering strong results across client accounts
• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and communications
• Continuously learn about marketplace trends, tools, and best practices

Training & Development

You will receive structured training across:

• Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads & DSP)
• Campaign setup and optimisation
• Data analysis and performance reporting
• Marketplace and eCommerce fundamentals
• Client communication and account management

You will be supported throughout your development, with increasing responsibility as your skills grow.

What You Bring to the Role

Essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Beneficial (Not Required)

• Academic or internship exposure to digital marketing, eCommerce, or data analysis
• Interest in online marketplaces such as Amazon
• Additional language skills (German, Spanish, French, or Italian)
