Tasks

We are looking for a talented, ambitious, independent, goal orientated Content Specialist to work within our team. The role responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end-to-end creation, upload, and optimization of product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency
  • Publish enhanced content such as Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store assets, while maintaining product content across additional marketplaces and webstores
  • Monitor and resolve listing issues (e.g., suppressions, compliance flags, variation errors), taking proactive action to protect and improve marketplace account health
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, content updates, and continuous performance improvements across all digital sales channels

What you’ll be working on:

  • Uploading and maintaining product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency
  • Publishing and optimizing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store content to enhance customer experience and conversion rates
  • Managing product content across additional marketplaces and webstores (e.g., eBay, Magento, and other third-party platforms)
  • Optimizing product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes in line with marketplace best practices
  • Monitoring live listings to identify and resolve content issues, suppressed listings, and quality alerts
  • Troubleshooting listing errors, variation issues, image or attribute mismatches, and compliance-related flags
  • Implementing corrective actions to protect and improve marketplace account health metrics
  • Liaising with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, compliance, operations) to ensure accurate and timely product launches
  • Conducting regular content audits to ensure SEO optimization, policy compliance, and brand alignment
  • Staying up to date with marketplace content guidelines, policy changes, and feature updates
  • Supporting new product launches with timely content creation, uploads, and quality assurance checks

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon and other eCommerce platforms is beneficial but not essential.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend optimizations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
