About Us

We’re not just about eCommerce—we’re about helping brands thrive in the world’s most exciting marketplaces. Whether supporting a new product launch, refining a listing for better performance, or creating game-changing advertising strategies, we empower brands to grow and succeed on platforms like Amazon, both in the UK and globally.

We’re passionate about what we do and proud of the people who make it happen. Joining us means becoming part of a supportive, energetic team that’s dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and success.

If you want to work in one of the most dynamic areas of eCommerce—partnering with leading global brands, innovative startups, and fast-growing businesses—this is the opportunity for you.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and conceptual Mid Weight Designer to bolster our Content team.

Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them with content optimisation projects, for multiple high-profile clients, across a range of marketplaces (primarily Amazon). You will also need to be comfortable managing design projects.

You will be naturally motivated and eager to learn. You’ll work alongside our Content team, and other designers and copywriters. You’ll produce assets for e-commerce, from concept through to final artwork, as well as contributing to the growth of the Luzern Group’s Content offering. You’ll be proactive and well organised, showcasing your capabilities to problem solve design issues working independently and collaboratively, while being adept at handling tight deadlines, across multiple projects, in a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite to produce digital creative assets, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the desire to understand brands and accurately represent them on marketplaces. An interest in E-Commerce & marketplace industry trends will be beneficial.

You will be an integral part of the team, bringing new ideas and expertise that helps evolve the Content team.
