• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.

• Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or other customer support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
